We're taking over the renowned Greenbrier Estate, one of the Smoky Mountains' most coveted luxury properties just outside Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Two magnificent cabins, 28 beautifully decorated suites, and every comfort you can imagine, tucked into the mountains with sweeping views. Y'all, I am so excited to do this with you!

The property:

• 28 bedroom suites, each with a king bed, gas fireplace, private bath with Jacuzzi tub, and a balcony with glorious mountain views
• 2 home theaters and 4 game rooms (pool, foosball, air hockey, and free arcade games!)
• 4 hot tubs, 6 spacious decks, and rocking chairs everywhere
• Elevators in both cabins
• At least two ADA compliant rooms

  • These special suites have a king plus a bunk with two queen beds. Bathrooms have double sinks. Bring your group, or let me know if you want to be matched with lovely roommates. If you are sharing the room with more than three, you can get an even deeper discount.
    
    
• Local, training only: $300 (Up to ten hours of training over three days)
• Local, training and meals: $500 (Welcome to stay all day)

Want to settle in early or linger a little longer? Add extra nights for just $200 each. Arrive Wednesday (Dec 2) to unwind before we begin, and/or stay Sunday night and head home Monday instead of rushing off after class. Those bonus days are casual and relaxed, with lighter, informal meals, long mornings on the porch, and plenty of hot-tub time. The retreat festivites will officially begin on Thursday evening with a sunset celebration at 5:20 and opening dinner party shortly following. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and checkout is at 10:00 am.

Bringing family or friends who aren't doing the training? No worries! Just book your own room above, then add the +1 (Adult Companion) option, one for each guest over 12 that you're bringing (just increase the quantity for two or more). It covers their meals and lodging. This is mostly a grown-up getaway, but we do have some rooms that would be perfect for families. If you're bringing children under 12, please just let me know the ages and if we need to cook up some chicken nuggets. We have full run of two three-story mansions so I'll do my best to put families in the same area.

I'll see if we can do a special screening of the court reporter documentary "For the Record" in the theater room. Popcorn and nachos on the house.

When you check out, there's an option to leave a note. If you're rooming with someone, have any dietary restrictions or anything else you want me to know, just put it there, and I'll take care of the rest.
